Welcome to The Inner Circle, KILLSTAR's special loyalty program, designed to bring magic to our community since its inception on March 22, 2024. By joining The Inner Circle, you unlock a world of rewards and exclusive benefits. Every purchase you make or friend you refer earns you points, allowing you to indulge in special treats and discounts when you shop with us!

Loyalty Rewards and Engagement

Earn points through various activities such as making purchases, referring friends, and sharing your thoughts with us. These points contribute to your tier status within The Inner Circle, offering different rewards depending on your level of engagement throughout the year.

Points and Tier System

Points are automatically awarded and can be tracked in your Loyalty Rewards Panel. Please note that activities before March 22, 2024, do not qualify for points. Additionally, there is a 14-day pending period before points are approved and available for redemption. Points will be deducted for returned items.

Earning and Redeeming Points

Ensure you are logged into your account when placing orders to earn points. Purchases made as a guest do not earn points. While no points are awarded for purchasing Gift Cards, you do earn points when spending a Gift Card. Referring a new customer earns you a gift card, and referees receive a money-off coupon code with a minimum spend threshold.

Customer Engagement and Reviews

Share your experiences by submitting product reviews through email invitations to earn additional points. Reviews submitted directly through the website or app do not qualify for points. Points are awarded upon review submission and can increase with accompanying images or videos.

Expiration and Exclusions

Points expire after 6 months of inactivity; however, inactivity doesn't affect tier status until tier recalculations. Please note that shipping charges and taxes do not count towards eligible point values. Certain items, like KILLSTAR Resurrect items, are excluded from VIP rewards.

Opt-Out and Amendments

Customers can opt-out of The Inner Circle at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to amend the program, remove customers, or withdraw the program without prior notice in cases of suspected fraudulent activity.

Automatic Enrolment and Sharing

All customers with an account at KILLSTAR.com are automatically enrolled in The Inner Circle. Rewards and points cannot be transferred or shared between customers or stores. Redeemed rewards cannot be refunded for points.

Terms and conditions

• Our loyalty program launched on March 22, 2024. Activities before this date do not qualify for points.
• Points are automatically awarded and can be tracked in your Loyalty Rewards Panel. (You will need to be logged in to see your points)
• There's a 14-day pending period before spending based points are approved and available for redemption.
• Points for other activities (anniversary, social follows etc) will be awarded right away. 
• Points will be deducted for returned items.
• Points are earned only when logged into your account when placing orders.
• Purchases made as a guest do not earn points.
• Customers are assigned to a tier for one year based on points earned, with opportunities to advance tiers.
• Failure to meet the tier threshold results in tier adjustment based on total spending over the previous 12 months.
• Points expire after 6 months of inactivity; inactivity doesn't affect tier status until tier recalculations. Qualifying activity is placing an order where points are earned. Other activities (reviews, following on social etc) will not count. 
• Shipping charges and taxes do not count towards eligible point values.
• Referring a new customer earns a gift card; the referee must create an account and place their first order.
• Referees receive a money-off coupon code with a minimum spend threshold.
• Additional points can be earned by submitting product reviews in response to email invitations.

• Only one reward can be redeemed per order at checkout.

• Customers in the Leader Tier are eligible for Free UK Shipping on orders totalling £50 or more. The free shipping service must be selected at checkout if customers wish to take advantage of this offer. Please note there will still be other / paid for service options available. This is limited to domestic shipping addresses only (UK) and does not extend to international destinations.
