"The hat itself feels good quality and looks really nice. I haven’t worn it outside yet, so I can’t comment on how warm it is. Unfortunately, the pom-pom came off completely after the first wash, even though I followed the care instructions. Customer service handled the issue well and provided a refund. Apart from this issue, the hat itself seems well made and I like the design."
